In 2013, after 28 years in the ceramic business, I felt that the time had come to use my highly varied experience to work with a wider range of companies. I wanted to use that wealth of knowledge to offer a level of service and expertise that is often lacking in the luxury market at both the bespoke and retail level.
Retail ranges
As well as the bespoke service we distribute a select number of high-end retail brands to a carefully controlled number of accounts in the UK and overseas. What we offer is not mass-produced product but ranges that offer something a little bit different. Our brands will never be seen everywhere, and we aim to work in partnership with our retailers to maximise the business we can achieve.
We carry stock in our Staffordshire based warehouse and have regular deliveries from our partners to ensure we have the inventory to service customers without the hassle of importing.
Noritake have a history stretching back to 1904 and have always had an eye for quality and design. The range comprises both fine porcelain and bone china and showcases the use of gold and platinum in the designs. The quality of the metals used and their durability is second to none.
We have worked with the De Rosa company since GLB was founded and this family owned business has become a firm favourite with many of our retail partners. There are new launches added to the range regularly which means there is always something fresh for collectors to enjoy.
Goebel is a name that is well known to many and has been producing high quality giftware for many years. The range is extensive and covers Pop Art, classic art, sculptural and Christmas at a variety of price points.
Pampa Bay is the newest addition to our range and has already got a loyal following from our retail partners. This collection really is a breath of fresh air for ceramics. Many of the pieces look like they could be metal but have all the benefits of ceramic. The shapes are beautifully designed and crafted with a level of skill that really is amazing. The white porcelain is on many pieces accented with gold or platinum making truly stand out pieces for the table or as interior statement pieces. Ideal as gifts but great for those wanting to treat themselves, or indeed make their restaurant presentation stand out from the crowd.
